Refund & Return Policy: 

All sales are final.

Asé Echelon reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit under careful consideration. 

Products are eligible for exchange or store credit 7 days from post marked delivery! 

Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and product selection and quantity is correct. You have 24 hours from the time your order has been placed to cancel your order or make modifications to an address change.

If eligible, to return your product, you should email info@aseechelon.com to begin the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Asé Echelon will only pay for return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
