Lost & Stolen Packages
Once your package has left our shop and a shipping label has been created, Asé Echelon cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages. Nonetheless, we still want you to have the best experience possible, so please reach out to us in the event that a misfortune occurs with your package.
Before reaching out to us, please make sure to contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) regarding the whereabouts of your package. If they are unable to assist, please email us immediately at info@AseEchelon.com so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
