Lost & Stolen Packages

Once your package has left our shop and a shipping label has been created, Asé Echelon cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Before contacting us, please reach out to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for assistance in locating your package. If USPS is unable to resolve the issue, email us at info@AseEchelon.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to work with you toward a solution.
