Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. These times may be extended during holidays or times of restock. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. Once your order is dropped off and scanned by the United States Postal Service (USPS) you will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number via email as soon as a label is created for your order. It typically takes 24-48 hours to actively track your order once a shipping label has been created.

Shipping Rates:

U.S. Shipping:
$10 flat rate for orders under $40
$12 flat rate for orders $40- $74.99
$15 Express US shipping (1-3 days)
FREE for orders over $75, excluding orders containing body perfumes.

Perfume Shipping:
All orders containing Asé Echelon body perfumes will ship via USPS Ground, regardless of the order total. Orders containing perfume do not qualify for the standard FREE shipping on orders over $75.

FREE shipping on orders containing perfume is available when the order total is $100 or more.

International Shipping:
$25 Standard (6 to 12 business days)
$55 Express International (1 to 5 business days)

Note: In compliance with federal fragrance mailing regulations, all Asé Echelon body perfumes ship via USPS Ground to ensure safe and proper delivery. Please note: delivery may take a bit longer than standard shipments.
