How Custom Orders Work

  1. Submit a custom request with details about your event or project.

  2. We will review your request and follow up with availability, pricing, and next steps.

  3. A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your booking.

  4. Production or event preparation begins once the deposit is received.

Final payment is due 7 days before the event or delivery date.
